Has anyone been here?
I know this is an old post, but yes I was here last year inpatient. It is in no way an ED program/inpatient facility. I was sent inpatient for non-eating disorder psych reasons, but it was incredibly hard for the ER I was at to find placement in Chicago that was willing to take me with an ED so I was sent here. It was a horrible environment- understaffed, patients yelling and fighting (someone literally tore a phone from the wall). They say they “treat co-occurring eating disorders” but that is untrue. They didn’t monitor anything nutrition or behavior related. Avoid at all costs.
Thanks for letting me know! I’m so sorry that happened to you
