Center for Change is based in Orem, Utah, and offers Inpatient, Residential, Short-term Medical Stabilization, Independent Living Program, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Treatment. They also have a location in Boise, Idaho, that offers PHP and IOP.

CFC has specialized treatment tracks for patients with co-occurring Diabulimia / Type 1 Diabetes and Substance Abuse.
