The MGB-Salem Hospital Inpatient Eating Disorder Program is a brand new pediatric eating disorder treatment unit located in Salem, Massachusetts. It currently offers inpatient treatment for children and adolescents up to age 18, with plans to ultimately expand to serve patients of all ages.
The MGB-Salem Hospital Pediatric Inpatient Eating Disorder Program treats anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID), and other specified feeding and eating disorders (OSFED). It also addresses co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions.
