Integrative Life Center (ILC) is a privately owned trauma, mental health, addiction and eating disorder treatment center in Nashville, Tennessee with the mission of healing trauma at the root of maladaptive behaviors. ILC offers gender-specific adult residential treatment programs.

In May 2023 ILC opened their first eating disorder-specific program, a new Women’s Residential Eating Disorder’s Program in called Cato House. Cato House is a trauma-focused residential eating disorder treatment program in Nashville for women struggling with primary eating disorders, and any co-occurring trauma, substance use disorders, and related mental health issues.
