A New Beginning is an outpatient treatment center based in Arizona that provides both in-person and telehealth treatment for eating disorders, as well as the underlying issues that oftentimes accompany. A New Beginning specializes in eating disorders that cooccur with depression, anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, abuse/neglect, relationship issues, personality disorders, and trauma. They also have a dietitian who is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist to work with clients with both eating disorders and diabetes.
They have a large selection of outpatient programming, including separate tailored IOP programs for adolescents and adults. A New Beginning has the option for adults to customize (C-IOP) their own schedule, which allows a client to build their own schedule of groups from a long list to what would be most useful to them.
Some of their programming is in person, some only exists virtually, and some occurs both in person and virtually.
With their Telehealth Program, they are licensed in multiple states, so they can also treat clients who don’t live in Arizona. From their site:
