ASCEND CHC in Illinois offers PHP, IOP, and outpatient treatment for eating disorders in the Chicago area. ASCEND (which stands for Ascend Consultation In Health Care) also treats co-occurring mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and addiction, and has a specialty program for post-bariatric surgery.
