Farrington Specialty Center is an eating disorder treatment center located in Indiana. FSC offers PHP, IOP and outpatient levels of care for people of all genders aged 14+. Outpatient treatment is available to all ages. It was founded in 2009 by people who had been through ED treatment and are now in recovery, and it utilizes a more creative approach to the treatment of eating disorders, compulsive exercise, and body image concerns by incorporating dance, visual art, and yoga in addition to more traditional modalities.

I went there as a fourteen year old and, while I did refeed, it caused me to be hyperfocused on calories which was not a problem before. I disliked most of the dieticians and therapists and didn’t trust them to do the best thing for me. Time and again they seemed unprepared and my dietician never gave me straight answers, which was a huge issue for me.
They were not at all helpful. I very much regret contacting them. Live and learn I guess!
