Sharp Mesa Vista’s Eating Disorder Program in San Diego offers Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP). Any current reviews? Please post in comments below. You can check out the FAQ and Guidelines for suggested questions. Thank you!
Horrible program. They constantly change the program rules, they put false info in your medical record, they constantly create anxiety and they make up “problems” just to have problems to report to the psychiatrist. It’s weird. This program is for adults but you would think participants were 12 years old they way they treated us. Seriously, not a growing environment. It is a shame.
Hi I’m looking into the program can you give more insight? Was it for IOP or PHP, what are the hours, and do you have to bring meals etc. what else was wrong with it? Also do you have any other recommendations for PHP/IOP programs in San Diego? Thanks!
Not OP, but I’ve heard good things about UCSD’s PHP.
I would look into UCSD PHP program. It is one of the best!
Hi did you figure anything else out about the program or any other programs in San Diego? I called sharp and she said they “didn’t treat eating disorders” and that the IOP was a group therapy sort of thing only? I’m not sure
